A unique event calls for a unique trophy! The winners of the six women's divisions at this weekend's PDGA Europe Women's Festival in Bilbao (Spain) will receive the traditional Basque "Txapela" beret: handmade from Merino wool in a beautiful purple color and embroidered with the "PDGA Europe Women" logo on the inside lining so you can also wear it in your everyday life!
In Basque, "Champion" is "Txapeldun," literally, "The one who wears the txapela." Go for it, txapeldunak!
